Treat Your Body Well - Get A Personal Trainer

The current generation has become dangerously addicted to a sedentary and lethargic lifestyle. Pollution has joined a number of other problems like hectic lifestyles and cut-throat competition to create a health hazard around the globe.

Moreover, the corporate world runs on cut-throat rivalry, and in order to compete well, one has to be fit and healthy. Thus people cutting across age and gender lines are feeling the urge to include fitness training in their lives.

But fitness programmes are not so straightforward and they should never be started without an expert to help you out. A competent personal trainer with extensive expertise and experience can give the right help in these matters, and thus his services must be availed.

Personal training can motivate and even force a person to scrupulously follow a fitness regime without any breaks. Very often a long day in the office drains you out to the extent that you don’t feel the inclination to go to the gym for a work out. It is during such times that a personal trainer comes to one’s aid. In addition, by keeping in mind your present levels of fitness, a personal trainer can work out a proper programme to suit your requirements.

Personal trainers are taught to conduct tests and evaluate the precise needs of every customer. Hence they can provide you with the right guidance and focus on the particular areas you need to improve upon. Personal training is all about recognising the specific needs of the body and customizing the program accordingly. In reckless attempts to try out complex fitness regimens, an average person might end up tiring or even injuring himself. A phased progress is essential in any fitness programme, and personal training can help you define these phases.

Another benefit of having a personal trainer, particularly if you are a professional who has a tight time table to keep, is that you can even do away with having to go to the gym. A personal trainer can even set up time with you and gladly visit your place if you have the necessary exercise machines at your home.

A trainer who is dedicated, focused, courteous and qualified can make a big difference in your personal and work life. One might even go so far as to say that the right personal trainer holds the key to healthy living in this modern age of stress and physical inactiveness.

Have A Power Packed Team Building Event - Get The Help Of Personal Trainers

Teams are the solid foundations of any company and their well being is what makes the business perform. Hence teams must have people who are highly enthused and have strong coordination among themselves. Introducing some physical fitness and gym drills by hiring a personal trainer in team building events can go a long way in achieving that objective.

A successful team building session helps in bonding team members and building their levels of confidence, besides giving them an opportunity to momentarily break away from the drab routine of their working lives. Employers give much emphasis to these sessions to avoid deteriorating standards of a team’s productivity. Employees gain a lot from team building sessions as they are able to get over their insecurities and forge stronger relationships with their bosses and colleagues.

Employees saddled with desk jobs are always likely to appreciate some amount of physical work. This is where the necessity for personal training is felt at team building sessions. Personal trainers can advise employees about what fitness programmes are good for them, and also give dietary advice on nutritional food, the intake of which can ensure better health and fitness. A mission to stay fit that commences at the workplace can be continued to the gym by employees, as such events make them serious and focused on health issues.

Ubiquitous computing sewn into the daily lives of staff has caused a significant rise in stress and physical complications. Obesity too has become a serious health risk in the corporate world. A personal training session educates staff about physical complications and steps to be taken for handling them, besides providing them a much-awaited break from the routine of work.

A personal training session involving a gym session can be tailored to solve health requirements of staff, and can revitalize them and spur them on to enhance their lives and levels of productivity. The workers feel their worth being acknowledged and their health attended to, and this forges a strong relationship between them and the organization.

A personal trainer hired for such a session must have extensive knowledge on computer related ailments. The psychology and temperament of staff must be known to him as well to have a fruitful session with them. Moreover, advice that they can use in their everyday lives must be given by the personal trainer.

A united and motivated team is what employers are always after. Therefore, the matter of investing on a team building event featuring personal training and gym sessions must not be an issue for any company as it guarantees to keep the employees healthy both mentally and physically.

Have You Ever Thought About a 7 Day Weight Loss Plan? Here’s Why You Shouldn’t

Maybe you want to lose weight fast, but just remember that weight loss programs, such as the 7 day weight loss diet, are not always recommended by specialists. You might have to attend a reunion in two weeks and therefore you need to lose weight fast. On top of that, you’ve also been seeing yourself in that new tuxedo at the store.

If you need to attend such an event, then I would even go so far as to say: “go for it”. Do dieticians and fitness trainers have enough reasons not to recommend it? Take these facts into consideration when the moment arises when you need to make such a decision.

You’re Unknowingly Training Your Metabolism to Slow Down

Let’s say your 7 day weight loss diet tells you to eat 1050 calories per day. That is the minimum calorie intake you should consider. When you follow this program for 7 days, you teach your metabolism to burn only 1050 calories per day. In other words, you’re teaching your body to burn fat slower. When your body goes into survival mode, it tries to keep as much resources available as possible.

You will lose weight in the first few days of your 7 day diet and you’ll also lose it quickly. Your metabolism will burn your food at its normal rate at let’s say 2500 calories. Therefore you’ll be amazed at how fast you’ll be losing those pounds. The sad part is that your body will go into a “survival mode”. It begins to preserve itself so that you can keep on going for longer. It’s almost like your body thinks you’re stuck in the desert. Then it adapts itself to your calorie intake and so will your weight loss tempo slow down till it completely stops.

What happens after the 7 day weight loss program? You continue with your normal diet where your calorie intake is around 2500. In the previous 7 days you’ve trained your body to burn only 1050 calories per day. Therefore your body will take a few days to adapt to your old routine again. You’ll gain more weight than you’ve lost because your body will take longer to adapt than before.

What Do You Suggest Then?

The 7 day weight loss plan is not all that bad. It helps to clean your body and get all those toxins out. I don’t recommend following it if your main goal is to lose weight. Rather speak to your doctor so that he can recommend a long-term plan for sustained weight loss and overall health. If you must go to that wedding or reunion then you might be willing to take the fall. Just remember that you won’t be able to jump back to your old eating habits.
